Connecting WooCommerce to Fluent Community is one of the most voted requests from Fluent users. Many of you have a store that runs well, loyal customers and products already in place. A simple bridge between the two was missing.

One product, its spaces and courses
For each WooCommerce product, you choose what it opens: one or more spaces, one or more courses. A complete course can open the course itself and the support space that goes with it. An annual club can open three spaces at once.
Access follows the order, on its own
Nothing left to do by hand:
- Paid order: the customer enters their spaces and courses.
- Refunded, cancelled or deleted order: access closes.
- Refund of a single product: only that product loses its access, the rest of the order is preserved.
- WooCommerce subscription: access follows the subscription. With a scheduled cancellation, it stays open until the end of the period.
- Purchase without an account: the account is created with the order email, and WooCommerce sends the link to choose a password.
You choose the order status that opens access, and you decide whether a refund removes it. A member you added by hand, or a moderator, always keeps their place.
Your existing customers are welcome too
Already have customers? The Past orders button opens their access in one click. Everyone who bought before the installation finds their spaces and courses.
On their side, your members find a My orders link in their profile menu. They find their purchases without searching.
Every access is tracked
The access history shows every opening and every closing: the member, the space or course, the order and its state. A link takes you to the order in one click. You always know who has access to what, and thanks to which purchase.

Yes. With WooCommerce subscriptions, access follows the subscription. A scheduled cancellation keeps access open until the end of the period.
Can a customer buy without having an account?

What happens with a refund?
Access closes, if you set it that way. With a partial refund, only the refunded product loses its access.
