The store and the license server are operated on sdravobiz.com. FC Extensions orders are recorded there and invoiced by Sdravobiz S.R.L.

Purpose of the product

FC Extensions is a free WordPress plugin. It adds extensions to the customer’s Fluent Community. Each extension is turned on or off with a switch, from the community portal. The free extensions are free of charge, with a free license key; the Premium extensions are offered as part of the Founder offer.

The plugin is installed and runs on the customer’s WordPress site, on the customer’s own hosting. Sdravobiz S.R.L. does not host the customer’s site, community or members’ data. No member data passes through the publisher’s servers.

Hosting

The infrastructure of the fcextensions.com website is rented from o2switch.

The license and update server, operated on sdravobiz.com, is hosted under the same conditions. From a customer’s site, it receives only the site address, the license key, the product identifier and the installed version number.

Intellectual property

The FC Extensions brand, the logo, the visual identity, the site structure, its texts, illustrations, screenshots and all the elements it contains are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited. This prohibition does not limit the rights granted by the code license described below.

Customers’ content, trademarks and distinctive signs, as well as their members’ data, remain their exclusive property.

FC Extensions is an independent product. It is not affiliated with WPManageNinja. Fluent Community is a trademark of its owner.

Code license

The PHP code of the FC Extensions plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, in line with the WordPress ecosystem it depends on.

The following are not covered by this license and remain protected by copyright and trademark law: the FC Extensions name and logo, images, illustrations, fonts, style sheets, documentation content and the texts of the site.

What the customer obtains when placing an order, free or paid, is not the code itself but a license key. For a set number of sites, it unlocks the corresponding extensions, their updates served from the publisher’s server, and support. The details are set out in articles 8 to 11 of the Terms of Sale.

Liability

Sdravobiz S.R.L. takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. The features, prices and availability shown may change; only the terms in force on the date of the order, as set out in the Terms of Sale, are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.

The screens, communities, members and figures shown on the site are fictitious and provided for illustration only. They do not constitute a commitment to results or a guarantee of performance.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Sdravobiz S.R.L. has no control over their content and accepts no liability for it.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data collected through the site and during orders is described in the Privacy Policy. It also explains what the plugin stores on its customers’ sites.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legea nr. 190/2018, every person has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of their data. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@sdravobiz.com, with “GDPR” in the subject line.

Mediation and disputes

Any complaint may be sent to contact@sdravobiz.com. Consumer customers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the matter to the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC): https://anpc.ro.

The site and the product are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
